Ukrainian stations: RSQ + number of administrative regions of Ukraine, for example for Kharkiv Region: 599 UR11; 
Other stations: RSQ + serial QSO number, for example 599001.

1 point per QSO with own country, including QSO between Ukrainian stations;
2 points per QSO with other country in own continent;
5 points per QSO with other continent;
10 points per QSO with Ukraine for non-Ukrainian stations.

DXCC countries + Ukrainian regions on each band.

The final score is the sum of points for QSOs multiplied by the Multiplier 

Logs are accepted only in electronic Cabrillo format. In the file name must be your call (eg - CALL.cbr or CALL.log ). The title
e-mail (line "Subject") indicate callsign and the class (for example: CALL SOAB-24). Sending electronic logs confirms that the
participant declares compliance with contest rules and its license conditions. Logs sent in other formats are considered only as 
"check log"(for control).

Log must be upload via Web interface.

1) For Ukrainian participants: 
- for first place in each of classes - CUP; 
- for second and third place in each of the classes - VYMPEL.
2) For non-Ukrainian participants:: 
- for first, second and third in the world in each of the classes - VYMPEL.
3) participants in each classification subgroup that will take place from the first to the tenth - BEAUTIFUL ELECTRONIC
CERTIFICATE.
The organizers will be grateful and welcome funding additional prizes for the participants of our competition. Your suggestions

Judges will use the mechanism of the air monitoring in order to identify the participants who working in excess of admissible
norms of IMD, creating significant QRM and violate the basic contest rules. Violators will be disqualified.
