HIGH power entrants must not exceed 1000 Watts total output power;
LOW power entrants must not exceed 100 Watts total output power;
Separate classification among the participants of Moscow and Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, and also among the other
participants of the contest.
ќperators working on the territory of the Russian Federation with a call sign other Russian regions (not Moscow and Moscow region, not of
St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region) independently select the command for which they plan act, i.e. for the team of Moscow or St. Petersburg
(the category of support groups) or to go in "neutral" participants. However, performance in the category of support groups, all the points
are added to the total score of the selected command.
Their affiliation to the team or "neutral" parties should specify in the header of the log is mandatory in line CATEGORY-OVERLAY: by
specifying the appropriate identifier:
For the team of Moscow and Moscow region - CATEGORY-OVERLAY: M
For the team of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region - CATEGORY-OVERLAY: L
For "neutral" parties - - CATEGORY-OVERLAY: N
Limitations on the number of band changes is NOT.
Only one signal can be transmitted at any time.
During the competition are prohibited from obtaining assistance in QSO from outsiders and LAN alerts.
The use of WEB-networks (DX clusters, including Skimmer-technologies) is allowed.
QSOs with the same call sign are valid if they are made on different bands.
Exchanges:
RST + serial QSO number + identifier (L or M) belonging to a team.
For example - 001M 599 (Moscow Team) or 599 001L (St. Petersburg Team). The QSO numbering should be continuous.
If the identifier in the control room is not passed, the participant adheres to "neutrality" and its result will be reflected in the final
report in one of the "neutral" sub-groups.
Hams with call signs of Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, working with the territory of the Russian
Federation, are obliged to pass the identifier belonging to the appropriate team. Otherwise, all QSOs with them the participants will not
be counted.
Points for QSO:
1 point per each QSO.
Each team is awarded an additional 5 points for each participant, with the call sign of Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the
Leningrad region, working with Russia and who spent at least 10 QSOs.
Multipliers:
The multiplier in this contest is missing.
Score:
The final result is the sum of points for QSOs.
Logs:
Electronic logs are made: for Russian participants in ERMAK format, for foreign participants in Cabrillo format.
Sending of electronic logs:
Logs may be uploaded via Web interface. (preferably)
or may be sent to e-mail: contest@r3a.su.
Deadline:
Logs must be sent not later than 18 December 2017.
Awards:
The winner will be the team with the greater total number of QSO points of all its members and additional points.
The winning team is awarded a challenge Cup and a personalized certificate.
The results summarized:
- among the participants of Moscow and Moscow region (only worked from this region) for single-op (separately HP (output power no more
1000w) and LP (output power no more 100w)) and multi-ops stations;
- members of the St. Petersburg and Leningrad region (only worked from this region) for single-op (separately HP and LP) and multi-ops
stations;
- among members of the "support group" for single-op (separately HP and LP) and multi-ops stations;
- among the "neutral" participants ifor single-op (separately HP and LP) and multi-ops stations.
The winners in each subgroup are awarded certificates. Personalized special certificates will be awarded youth (age no more 18 years)
multi-ops station.
Each participant who sent the log within 5 days from the end of the contest and have worked at least 25 QSOs, gets "electronic certificate"
with the indication of belonging to a team, space in the claimed sub-group and the number confirmed QSO. "Neutral" participants in the
certificate indicates only the number of QSO's and is employed in a subgroup of place.
Rule Violations, Penalties and Declaration:
QSO with a station does not send a log counts if the callsign of the station appears in no less than five different logs.
