HIGH Power - more than 100 wtts output; 
LOW Power - below 100 wtts output.
A separate classification for stations from Europe and Asia.
Mini-contest is divided into 6 periods of 10 minutes.
The recommended frequency for operation in Minitest 3650 - 3750 kHz

The first Minitest on Thursdays, which will be held on January 28, is "EXPERIMENTAL".
Following the results of the first contest, adjustments to the Rules are possible.
Duplicate QSO allowed only in different periods.
Exchanges:
RS + serial number starting from 001.
Points for QSO:
1 point per each QSO.
Multipliers:
Each callsign once per each band.
Score:
Total score separate by band = total QSO points x total mult points.
Logs:
You should upload your log via Web interface.
Deadline:
Logs must be uploaded no later than the Saturday following the Minitest.
Awards:
Beginning in February 2021, for February, March and April 2021, at the end of EACH MONTH (among
specified), the Russian Contest Club has established a SPECIAL PRIZE - "GOLDEN MICROPHONE" winner at the
the sum of all mini-tests that were carried out last month in the following categories:
HIGH POWER EUROPE
LOW POWER EUROPE
HIGH POWER ASIA
LOW POWER ASIA
