LOW Power: max 100 watts output.
SINGLE-OP SSB YL - Single operator-women, all bands, unlimited power, SSB;
SINGLE-OP SSB JR - Single operator - 18 years and younger, all bands, Low power, SSB;
MULTI-ONE SSB JR - Team (2 or 3 operators), all opearators are 18 years and younger, unlimited power, SSB.
The competition is divided in two rounds:
- the first round with 13.00 to 15.59 UTC
- the second round from 16.00 to 18.59 UTC
The number of band changes or mode changes - not limited.
Only once transmitted signal at any time.
In the Championship may participate radio amateurs ONLY from Asiatic Russia.
Allowed once QSO per band and per mode in each round.
Geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude), rounded up to tens of degrees + QSO serial number, starting 001.
|Points for QSO:|
5 points per SSB QSO;
10 points per CW QSO.
Additional points for the QSO as determined by the differences of the coordinates of control exhange, separately on latitude and
Final score are sum points for QSOs and sum points for differences of the coordinates.
Accepted electronic and paper logs, the organizers strongly recommend the participants to provide electronic logs in the form of
a text file in the format of "ERMAK" with the name of "CALL.LOG", where the "CALL" is the nickname of the participant.
SWL should be in line LOCATION at the head of log specify the coordinates of their QTH in the format set out for the coordinates

In the subject line, you must specify the calling party and the category in accordance with the Rules. In the head of electronic
and paper logs should be included the following information:
- the name of the competition;
- Callsign, used in the contest;
- the location of a radio station;
- personal-Callsign, name, patronymic, surname, date of birth;
- sports category or rank;
- the postal address of the party;
- the total number of QSO.

Scoring is optional.
QSOs in the log arranged in chronological order.
Paper Logs should contain all necessary information for judging.

The Title of "Champion of the Asian part of the Russian Federation" is awarded for 1st place in groups MULTI-ONE, SINGLE-OP ALL
MIXED, SINGLE-OP SSB YL.
The Title of "Winner of the Championship of the Asian part of the Russian Federation" is awarded for the 1st place in all of the
groups described above.
The primacy among the radio stations regions of Ural, Siberia and the The Far East shall be determined separately by the maximum
amount of the points of all the participants of the region.
-Championship among the regions (Ural, Siberia, Far East) - zone offset: is defined as the sum of the best results two MULTI-ONE,
three SINGLE-OP and one SWL in each zone. The primacy among the regions (oblasts, krais, republics, regions - subjects of the RF)
- the Inter-regional competitions: is defined as the sum of the best results of the two MULTI-ONE, the three SINGLE-OP and one SWL
in each region.
Championship among the teams of the radioclubs - club standings: is defined as the sum of the best results of all the radio
stations and radio observers, members of the club.
Championship is determined only in case, if in each group took part in the competitions are not less than four participants
