Two tables of results will be shown; for UK stations and for non-UK stations.
General Rules for RSGB HF Contests apply to this contest.
UK entrants are permitted to use Contest Call Signs (SCC) if they hold a valid NoV from OFCOM.
Schedules (skeds) may be made during, but not before the contest, and using only next frequencies:  1810-1870kHz only.
All stations may work all other stations. Contest Call Signs (SCC) are allowed in this contest.
Duplicate and incomplete contacts do not count for points, but must be logged.
Exchanges:
UK: RST + Serial number + UK District code.
Non-UK: RST + Serial number.
Serial Numbers start at 001.
Entrants must log the exchange received from stations competing in other contests and from non-contestants. Minimum exchange from a non-contestant is a signal report.
Points for QSO:
2 points per QSO.
5 Bonus points for the first QSO with each UK District.
5 Bonus points for the first contact with each DXCC Country outside the UK.

Logs must be in Cabrillo format. Entrants who have logged on paper can use one of these programs to generate a Cabrillo log in
post-contest mode.
Entrants are strongly advised to check their logs for obvious mistakes before submission.

Deadline:
Entries must be made no more than 16 days after the end of the contest.
Awards:
The Victor Desmond Trophy is awarded to the leading UK entrant in the unassisted Section.
The Maitland Trophy is awarded to the Scottish entrant in the unassisted Section with the highest aggregate number of
points in the February and November 1.8MHz events.
The top three entrants in each Section (UK, Europe outside UK and Outside Europe) will receive RSGB certificates.
