The identification number of the zone + serial number of QSO. For example: 3001, 3002 etc.

The territory of the Russian federation conditionally divided
into seven zones:
1st - Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov, Kaliningrad regions, Republic of Karelia, the city of Saint-
Petersburg, Nenets AO;
2nd - All areas of the Central Federal district, Nizhni Novgorod, Kirov, Penza, Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk regions, Republic of
Mari El, Mordovia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Chuvashia. All areas of The Southern Federal district, The North-Caucasian Federal
district,  The Crimean district;
3rd - The Republic Of Bashkortostan, Republic Of Komi, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg regions, The Perm
territory;
4th - Khanty-Mansiysk, Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district, Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo regions, Altai territory, Republic of
Altai, Krasnoyarsk territory, Republic Of Tyva (Tuva), The Republic Of Khakassia;
5th - The Republic of Buryatia, Irkutsk, Zabaikalsky krai;
6th - The Khabarovsk territory, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), The Sakhalin region, The Primorsky krai, The Jewish autonomous
region;
7th - Magadan, Kamchatka regions.

The points for QSO are scored according to the following table:

For each new zone on each band regardless from the period is scored 50 points.
For each new region regardless of band or period is scored 50 points.

The Final score calculated as the sum of points for QSO plus the sum of points for new zone plus the sum of points for the new
region.

Wrong log may be grounds for disqualification.
Only electronic logs. The log should be in "Ermak" format . At the same time:
- we should pay special attention to correctness of filling the field "OPERATOR". The personal data of each operator are filled
in the following order: surname, name, patronymic, year of birth, level sports/title, personal Callsign, the category of personal
radio station. Example: "OPERATORS: Ivanov, Ivan, Ivanovich, 1966, the CCM, UA8AAA, 2". Non-observance of the order of the data
makes it impossible to the automatic processing of log;
- parties that possess relevant technical capability, should be shown in the log the exact values frequency of QSOs;
- "send log "CHECKLOG" welcome the organizers, even if conducted only one QSO.

Logs are uploaded only through Web interface.

Are allowed only those logs which will be received during three days from end of the competition. Logs received after 3-day
period but not later than 7 days after the end of the competition, are accepted only as CHECKLOG. Logs received within 7 days
will not be accepted. Deadline for logs for classification: March 16, 2016, 23:59 UTC.

Cups are awarded by the radio station, took the 1 place the categories of SINGLE-OP ALL and MULTI-ONE.
Medals are awarded by the participants of the 1st-3rd places in the categories SINGLE-OP ALL and MULTI-ONE.
Certifucates are awarded by the participants of the 1st-3rd places in all categories, as well as the commands of the subjects of the
Russian Federation, 1st-3rd places.
The organizer of the sports competitions welcomes the nomination of additional prizes.
The certifucates will be provided in a category will be not less than eight the participants. The Cups will be provided in a
category will be not less than ten the participants.

The log is an application form for participation in competitions. Improper log may be grounds for disqualification.
QSO is not counted in the following cases:
- has not been received log from a correspondent;
- QSO is not in correspondent log;
- there are distortions in exchanges and call signs (QSO is not counted both sides);
- time QSO differs by more than 2 minutes or incorrectly indicated band in multi-band categories (exception: case of systematic
errors).
Systematic considered error in indicating the time of QSO (in hours and minutes) or a band, if these error, followed by a row of
three or more QSO. Party in the log which identified QSO with systematic errors, for each such QSO is charged zero points.
Correspondents for these QSO is charged full number of points.
