Additionally, in the MULTI-ONE subgroup, participants can apply in the category:
JUNIOR-the age of operators up to 18 years.
To do this, they must specify JUNIOR in the CATEGORY-OVERLAY line of the log header, respectively.

Only one signal can be transmitted at any given time.

Same station may be worked once on different bands each mode and if station worked from different RDA (for mobile stations).

Exchanges:

Stations in the Kaliningrad region: RS(T) + RDA code (for example: 59 KA03).
Others: RS(T) + Serial QSO number starting with 001.

Points for QSO:

5 points per QSO between stations in the Kaliningrad region and the rest of the participants;
1 point per QSO between stations in the Kaliningrad region;
1 point for any other QSO.

Score:

The final result is the sum of points for QSOs.

Logs:

Only electronic logs in Cabrillo format.
In line LOCATION heads log stations from Russia are required to specify the RDA code.
All logs must be submitted participant information: Callsign, name, postal and/or email address.

Sending of electronic logs:

Logs uploaded via Web interface.

Deadline:

06 June, 2021.

Awards:

The winners in each category will be awarded with big plaques (with the participation in the category of not less than
5 radio stations). 
All other participants will be awarded with electronic certificate.

Rule Violations, Penalties and Declaration:

Judging will be conducted on the basis of received logs.
The decision of the Contest Committee is final.
