HIGH Power - more than 100 wtts output; 
LOW Power - below 100 wtts output; 
QRP - below 5 wtts output.
Mini-contest are held as two separate contests:
17:00 to 17:59 on 40m and 18.00 to 18.59 UTC on 80m band.
Each round is divided into 12 periods of 10 minutes.
Duplicate QSO allowed only in different periods.
Exchanges:
RST + serial number starting from 001 (new band, new numbering).
Points for QSO:
1 point per each QSO.
Multipliers:
Each callsign once per each band.
Score:
Total score separate by band = total QSO points x total mult points.
Logs:
You should upload your log via Web interface.
You must be upload ONCE log for both rounds.
Also at the 19:00 on the 3720 khz SSB (or CW on 3541 khz) you should inform your score to organizer in form: "NUMBER OF QSO,
MULTIPLIER, CLASS", for example "de RZ1AA contest 125 36 A". Where: А (HIGH Power), B (LOW Power) or C (QRP). 
After collecting results frequencie free to discuss.
