SINGLE-OP ALL LOW - for participants from Russian Federation only;
SINGLE-OP 160M-80M-40M - for participants from Russian Federation only;
SINGLE-OP 20M-15M-10M - for participants from Russian Federation only;
The participant of SINGLE-OP 160M-80M-40M category can also come in SINGLE-OP 20M-15M-10M category. In this case, you should use
separate numbering QSO in the "night" and "day" rounds (to start numbering in each round with 001), as well as compile and send
to the address of the organizers of two separate log: for participation in SINGLE-OP 160M-80M-40M and in SINGLE-OP 20M-15M-10M.
MULTI-ONE - Three (Two) Operators.
For Russian participants of MULTI-ONE category will be announced separate results for stations with three operators and to
stations with two operators.
In addition to the main categories, the participants may apply in the following categories:
JR - - 18 years and younger (only for SINGLE-OP ALL and MULTI-ONE categories);
VETERAN - veterans of the Great Patriotic War;
SPECIAL - amateurs with the limited physical possibilities.

Competitions are held in two rounds:
1st round on Saturday: 15.00- 18.59 UTC
2nd round on Sunday: 06.00- 09.59 UTC
For all groups except the SINGLE-OP 160M-80M-40M and SINGLE-OP 20M-15M-10M assessment time - 8 hours.
For a group of SINGLE-OP 160M-80M-40M assessment of the time - "night" tour (4 hours).
For a subset of SINGLE-OP 20M-15M-10M assessment of the time - "day" tour (4 hours).
Numbers of band changes are not limited.
For all of the groups are allowed at any time have only one transmitted signal and the number of transceivers may not be more

Same station may be worked once per band in each rounds.

|Points for QSO:|
Points "for distance" are awarded in accordance with the distance between the correspondents:
up to 1000km - 31 points
up to 2000km - 35
up to 3000km - 38
up to 4000km - 42
up to 5000km - 47
up to 6000km - 52
up to 7000km - 57
more 7001km - 62
For stations, located beyond the arctic circle distance points multiplied by 1,1.
Every great QTH locator (KP, LO, LP, etc.) on each
band gives 100 points "for QTH-locator" (one time for all time the competition).
Score is determined as the sum of the points scored "for distance" plus the sum of points "for QTH locator". Scoring the
participants are not required.
Only electronic logs. Logs should be:
- for Russian participants "Ermak" format;
- for foreign participants Cabrillo format.
Foreign participants in line "OPERATORS:" if necessary, indicate personal callsign, if his callsign different from used or call
of operators separated by a space for MULTI-ONE stations.
Frequencies for each QSO must be indicate accurate to kHz;
Send CHECKLOG log is welcome, even if in competitions held just one QSO.
|Sending of electronic logs:|
Logs are uploaded only through Web interface.
Are allowed only those logs which will be received during three days from end of the competition. Logs received after 3-day
period but not later than 7 days after the end of the competition, are accepted only as CHECKLOG. Logs received within 7 days
will not be accepted. Deadline for logs for classification: January 13, 2016.
Big SRR Cups are awarded by the participants who have won the 1st place in the absolute qualification in groups of SINGLE-OP and
Small SRR Cups are awarded by the participants who have won the 1st place in the absolute qualification in groups of SINGLE-OP
and MULTI-ONE for each of the Federal districts of the Russian Federation.
Diplomas are awarded with the participants who have won 1-3 places in each of the groups; the operators of radio stations groups
Memorable Souvenirs are awarded the winners of 1-3 places in the SINGLE-OP VETERAN, as well as the 1st places in groups SINGLE-OP
and MULTI-ONE among the participants from the CIS countries and the Baltic States.
Diplomas awarded if in classification will four or more radio stations.
Cups and prizes awarded if in classification will eight or more radio stations, while awarding of the participant of the Small
Cup is made, if the participant is not awarded with Big Cup.
|Rule Violations, Penalties and Declaration:|
The log is an application form for participation in competitions. Improper log may be grounds for disqualification.
QSO is not counted in the following cases:
- has not been received log from a correspondent;
- QSO is not in correspondent log;
- there are distortions in exchanges and call signs (QSO is not counted both sides);
- time QSO differs by more than 2 minutes or incorrectly indicated band in multi-band categories (exception: case of systematic
Systematic considered error in indicating the time of QSO (in hours and minutes) or a band, if these error, followed by a row of
